Returns and Refunds

Physical Products

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for Avanzo-branded products in unused, original condition. Please note that the shipping cost on the outbound shipment is not refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
Books: Our curated books are printed on-demand to ensure freshness and reduce waste. Returns and exchanges are NOT accepted if you ordered the wrong book, provided an incorrect shipping address, or changed your mind. However, we offer a free replacement or refund for damaged books or manufacturing errors if you contact us at info@goavanzo.com within 14 days of delivery. You must provide clear photos of the issue and the packaging. If you provide an incorrect or non-USPS-approved address, we cannot offer a refund. You may reorder with the correct address.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for downloadable guides or resources.

Customized and Personalized Products

Due to the personalized nature of custom-designed products, all sales of customized items are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been personalized with custom text, images, or designs unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Coaching Services

Coaching session refunds are subject to each individual coach's cancellation policy. Generally, cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled session may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
